Founded in the 1950s, Islahiya College was established with a vision to create an education system that seamlessly integrates spiritual and material learning. This holistic approach nurtures both moral values and practical skills, empowering individuals to excel in all aspects of life.
For over seven decades, Islahiya College has been a beacon of comprehensive Islamic education, attracting students from across the state. Hundreds of learners have gathered here to gain knowledge that enriches both their intellectual and ethical development.
K.C. Abdulla Moulavi
The institution was founded by the esteemed visionary leader and distinguished scholar, K.C. Abdulla Maulavi, who also served as the Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami Hind. Along with a dedicated group of scholars and social activists from Chennamangallur, near Calicut, in the Malabar region of Kerala, he laid the foundation for Islahiya College. Their collective efforts transformed it into a center of academic and moral excellence, shaping generations of scholars and leaders.

About Islahiya Association
The Islahiya Association is an independent charitable organization devoted to promoting Islamic education and social welfare. Established in Chennamangallur, Kozhikode, Kerala, the Association operates under the Societies Registration Act of India.
With a rich legacy spanning over seven decades, Islahiya has been at the forefront of nurturing morally grounded and intellectually equipped individuals who have contributed significantly across various spheres including education, media, Islamic outreach, and community development.
The Association administers a network of educational institutions that combine spiritual and contemporary learning, striving to cultivate individuals who are sincere, competent, and socially responsible. These institutions function under the guidance of a democratically elected Managing Committee, which is reconstituted every three years and includes members from a broad cross-section of society.
